Create a helper table called Weight Finder.
Create those two fields in that table for the Weight and %.
One record to the table and then lock down permissions that no one, not even the admin can add or delete that single record. The single record will of course be record ID equals one.
Ate a relationship down to your details table. Let the system create a field for you and then rename the field to be called [Link to Weight Finder (=1)] Change the field tape to formula numeric and make the formula of 1.
Great. Now every detail record is linked to your weight finder and you can look up the weight and the percent down to your detail table and create a formula that down there which will do the math. Do any calculations.
Then put an embedded report on the Weight Finder of the detail records and use the sorted report.
The effect will be the user will enter their values, save the weight finder record and the results will be right on the weight finder record as an embedded child table.
