Role and Condition based "Add" record Permission?

Hi All,* I have a table "A".* Table "A" is having a checkbox field "C".Current User can Add a new record only if Current User Role = Admin or field "C"=Checked.&nbsp; --&gt; How to Achieve this in QuickBase?(User should not have permission to Add a new Record in the table, If Role&lt;&gt;Admin and "C"&lt;&gt;Checked)ThanksVivek------------------------------Vivek Vishwanath------------------------------

There is a relatively new function called UserRoles

So, if the Admin Role was 12 (you see that in the URL when you edit the Role) the formula would be

Contains(UserRoles ("ID", "12") and [Field C] = true

Thanks MarkI implemented the same formula in "Build custom data rules for this table" . It is working.I can now restrict "Record Add" w.r.t User Login &amp; Condition.&nbsp;:)------------------------------Vivek Vishwanath------------------------------
