Sandbox Functionality

I understand that this functionality is only available on Quick Base Platform or Quick Base Unlimited plans. For those on premier plan, what options we have to enable out IT requirement that a UAT copy of the app is created.  I find it quite cumbersome to be  working twice as hard just to get UAT environment.  Does anyone have an insight into how could we achieve a similar functionality like sandbox? If not, what is the recommended practice on premier plans?
