Schedule an IOL to fire at a particular time

Hi everyone,

I have two tables - a parent table that has a full list of records, and a child table that contains only the distinct records.
This de-duplication is done through a script (using the IOL method). I have embedded the script in certain pages and it only fires when those pages are loaded. 

How do I schedule it to fire at a particular time instead (say daily 9 am ET)?
