Scroll Bar and Sorting Issue

Hi,

I'm currently having issues with scrolling a report and sorting my data. 

Scrolling: I have a summary report in my Dashboard that doesn't have a scrolling feature, so I can't scroll using my mouse. Is there a setting of some sort for this?

Sorting: When I customize this summary report, the sorting feature (screenshot below) isn't working. There isn't an option to sort at all. I would like to move the current week first versus showing the oldest week.
