What do you mean select?   Is there a check box in the records?  If you put that field in the report, you can grid edit,  check the first one and copy down the next 49.

Does that answer or is your business case different?

    I can add a check box, but what I am asking is there an easy way to determine when I've copied down to the 50th record. In Excel, if you select a series of cells it shows the count so you know you have 50. In QB, this there an easy way to know I have selected 50?
