Send email notification when multiple specific fields are changed

I want to set up an email notification when MULTIPLE specific field are changed at the same time. As of now, if i select 2 fields that trigger email notifications when changed, it sends an email when EITHER/OR fields are changed. How do I make it so that an email notification is sent when BOTH are changed at the same time.

    You would need to setup conditions in the notifications. What type of fields are triggering the email?

    Hi Chad - I set the conditions in the notification settings and unhide "additional criteria" where if would give me the list of fields in my table.

    These field are just text fields from a drop down list. Example, if a user selects from 2 drop down fields "Yes" and "Yes" that would trigger an email. If it is any other variation it would not trigger notification.
