Shipment Tracking Number notification

We run a 3PL company and use Quickbase for our warehouse/shipping software and I'm looking to set up an alert email notifications  to my Client's each individual customers when their products are shipped that includes Tracking Number and shipping method.

    Well assuming that you have the data in your app, you would set up a Notification of Type "Open".  That type of Notification can got to any email address even if they are not a User.
