Show and Email Tracking Production Status of jobs to my clients

Is there a way to set up in Quickbase to be able to setup some sort of production tracking process and be able to show my clients the status of the jobs and where it is in production. Then I would lik...

So basically what I am looking for is to be able to send emails automatically to alert the client of the status of the job. I wouldn't want them to log into Quickbase because I do have hundreds of clients. I just want my departments to be able to send out the status to let them know where the job is at in production and which department.

Note that if you have never sent Automated email Notifications to external recipients who are not users, you may need to contact Quick Base Support to open up your Realm Account to sending external emails. They often default new accounts "on the safe side" to restrict that ability.
