Hi Chethana,
It is possible to get the functionality you are looking for using a Conditional Dropdown. The dropdown uses the relationship between tables to help you narrow down a list of options in a dropdown to only show options related to a previous selection. What you would need is 3 tables one table each for Countries, States, and Cities and then you would relate them to eachother so that Countries have States and States have Cities then you can use a Conditional Dropdown to set it up so that users first pick countries and then only see states in that country and then cities in that state. We don't have anything built in that would provide those lists unfortunately, most builders create that list based on the places they do business or alternatively google for a list of states and cities as a CSV that they can then upload into Quick Base.

This link might be able to provide the list of US cities, but a Google search can give you more options. http://www.opengeocode.org/download.php#statecityYou can copy and paste/import the state list into a table. You would also want a Cities table which you can relate the states.
