I actually had them listed that way initially and changed it to the semi colon format after searching for a solution on the Quickbase site. It suggested using commas or semi colons between each address. What is really interesting is in both cases, the first and third recipients listed are the ones receiving the email. Maybe I should try the commas to see if that works?

Do the people who are to receive the subscription report all have data on them for the report? If you run the report and do a "test as user" for the user who is not receiving the report, does the report have content?

- RachelMiller4 years agoQrew CadetYes. The report being sent out is not filtered in a way that would prevent some individuals from getting data. All four are getting the same listing which I've verified does have data (also confirmed by the two who are getting the email).
I changed the format back to list each address vertically and attached a doc showing all the settings for the subscription. I've never had an issue with subscriptions before so I'm really not sure what else I should be checking.
Thanks for your help.

The recipients will not be using the application regularly so their access will end up being disabled after so long which is part of the reason I went with a subscription.
