On every Thursday I am wanting a report to be emailed out to the field managers for their associates per diems for the coming week. Hotel Check-In Date Is On or Before 9 Days in the future -  Hotel ...

Yes! They will adjust based on the day the reminder is sent (or technically whatever day anyone looks at the report).
