Subscriptions

I know subscriptions can't be sent to non quickbase users, but can they be sent to a user of a realm who ISNT a user in the app the subscription is coming from?

    Subscriptions respect Role Permissions. Hence the User must be a User of the App in a Role. That would trigger a paid seat.
