Summarize # of Records based on Turn around Time

Question

Hello.I'm in need of a report that will count the number of records where the TAT field is less than 15 days and then &gt;= 15 days.This is what I have as of right now and it is correctWhat I'd like it to look like is the two columns but the % of records be in each column, so like this.

State
% less than 15 days
% 15 days or more

New York
95%
5%
