I tried that, but the result was not what the user wants. It generated a report with the Customer name, the first time in standard text and grey in the subsequent rows. They only want the customer to appear once in the report. Would it work if I tried creating a combined text summary field for the fields where they want the unique values for each customer?

------------------------------- MarkShnier__YouBut your solution with combined text fields would work and if you like there is a sample formula to convert a combined text summary field with that "pill" appearance to say a vertical list of regular text.
