SUMMARY REPORT SETUP

Question

I need to create a Summary Report with the columns Showing the Month Jan, Feb, Mar etc... for the year
The rows I have are the Managers and what I want to know is how many associates were hired in Jan for manager A, and how many associates were termed in Jan for manager.
What formula would I use to convert 1/1/2021 to "Jan" so that it would be counted in the Jan column?

So, I have found the correct formula to convert the date to a month.... The next part is how to write a formula that will give me the Jan, Feb, months as a column header?
