I am pulling a summary report based on Sales (Customer Table) and I really only want to show the Operators that are "ACTIVE" - which is a checkbox field. I have OPERATORS in one table and I have Sale...

Qrew Legendnp, just go to the Relationship where one operator has many sales and add a look up field down from operators down into sales for that operator Active checkbox.
Then just add that as a filter to your Summary report.
