Trying to create buttons - problem with formula

Question

Using the "Rich Text Button Builder" app, I have created a button, however when I copy and paste into my app, the formula doesn't work. I get a syntax error message.

if([Customer Initials]="SMH",https://buildproconstructionco.quickbase.com/db/brr53r65a?a=dr&r=b&rl=bt5)

Please advise & thank you

Hi there, it looks like the formula is missing the quotation marks around the URL. Can you give this version a try?

if([Customer Initials]="SMH","https://buildproconstructionco.quickbase.com/db/brr53r65a?a=dr&r=b&rl=bt5")
