Turn off alert emails when developing Pipelines?
Is it possible to turn off the email alerts when a recipe fails? I am looking around and don't see any feature.

Not as far as I know; however if you are receiving the emails - you could write a Rule to automatically delete specific messages with the Pipeline ID#
