unable to view a fomula url doc in the parent table after creating a cross app relationship.

I created a cross app relationship betwen a table that has multiple patient information to a patient table in a transfer application which we intend to use to keep track of the type of transfer the patient is being handled as. However there are documents that are URL formula based in the original form to the patients table that no longer populate the document. I thought i was doing well w/ the relationship. where did i go wrong?


What do i do to make them populate again?
