Uploading a file attachment to Outlook when automating through Pipelines

I have been able to set up an e-mail that sends through MS Outlook using pipelines and it works well in taking values from fields in records, etc. 

However, I want to add a Word Document as a file attachment in the traditional way that files are attached in outlook - i.e. not a hyperlink.

That file could be an uploaded file in a QuickBase record; or if there is a way to upload from DropBox and still get a traditional file attachment (not a link) that would work.

Is this possible through pipelines?
