- EvanMartinezQuickbase StaffHi Vivek,
There is not a fixed limit to the number of notifications that can be created on a table. I would say that as the number of notifications go up that does become part of the complexity of your app that contributes to performance as they have to be checked on a save to see if they trigger. They tend to be a smaller impact but still always good to be aware of. Also you would want to be careful from a best practices stand point that one record change doesn't set off multiple emails to the same person(s) with too much overlap if there is a lot of complexity in your app. That can result in people missing emails or getting notification fatigue. I hope that information is helpful Vivek.

- You can only send subscriptions and reminders to the number of registered users of an app per table per day, with a cumulative limit of 4,000.
- EvanMartinezQuickbase StaffHi Austin,
You are correct there is a limit to the number of subscriptions and reminders for some reason I always consider those separate from questions on notifications, the limit can actually be found in a small knowledge base articles that can help you calculate the limit for your account since it exists on a bit of a sliding scale. That same limit does not apply to how many notifications you can create though, they are treated separately and aren't gated by a hard limit like subscriptions and reminders are.
