User Permissions Exceptions for a Report

I have a table for Time entries and PTO requests. It is currently set up so that a Staff Member can only see entries for current user (themselves). This has been perfect but now I am trying to make a ...

One solution is to have a sync table with wider view permissions but fewer fields in the table, ie only fields that everyone is allowed to see.
