Eric - what's the business logic behind not wanting to send an invite?

It's that I don't want to send an invite. The system is not working. There have been many problems with QB's email system of the last week and many notifications, reminders and subscriptions have been going out. Most recently two invites never made it to the recipients. I need to be able to have these new users access the system. This is critical to our operations. Therefore I am looking for a workaround to the standard email invite method of getting a user registered.

I would really suggest submitting a support ticket so that we can work with you to ensure your users are able to gain access properly.

Thanks Blake. I have had a support ticket in on this issue for almost a week with no response. Meanwhile I have several users who can't use their app because they are not receiving the invite!

I see that you're working with Eric from the Support Team. He is actively working this case and is currently attempting to get additional information regarding the SMTP logs. I realize that your ticket has been open for close to a week with no resolution as of yet, but I do see that you have been actively engaged with Support on this nearly every day since it was opened. I sent the an invite but it will not go thru

I can not sign in to octo quick base either my application number is 6361

I have a new user that starts next week.  I created her account before she had a company e-mail address.  She obviously didn't receive the e-mails to register.  How can she still register?
