Users outside of company able to see other Apps they do not have access to...

I have created an app that allows access to users outside of our company by invite only. When I "test" their login, I am noticing that in addition to the app I granted them access to, another app is visible on the toolbar. Although they do not have access to the app, I would like it to not appear at all. I have many apps and for some reason, only this one app is showing up on external users QB pages.

I confirmed the user does not and never has had access to the app I am trying to "hide".

In Summary, I Granted access to eRequest, I want to hide RFQ Manager

Also...any way to get read of the "New App" button and the "My Apps" Tabs?

    (1) The my apps page uses browser cacheing to display the apps.  So even though they don't have access, and have never been, you as a tester on your own machine will still see the apps.  Try using an incognito window and see if it still shows up.
(1b)  Are there any cross relationships between the apps?  This can sometimes have weird affects.

    (2) The only way to remove the "New App" button is the edit the Branding settings on the application.  Set it to "Hide Quick Base Standard menu options".  Keep in mind that this hides it from ALL users.
