Using Multi-Select field to chose related records

I have 2 tables, Tags and Temp Removal Requests.
The tags table already has a few hundred existing tags.
I want to be able to add a new removal request and reference multiple tags that already exist.
There can be multiple removal requests for each tag and multiple tags on each removal request.

I thought I had this figured out but I am having trouble with being able to select multiple existing entries.

    You'll need a 3rd table to setup what you're wanting to do. This table would be a child to both of the other two and each record would represent 1 tag and 1 removal request combo.
