Validation error: Invalid literal for Decimal:

I am trying to export text from a related field (the reference field) in one form to a related field (also reference) in a new record using the same form, essentially creating a copy of the form and pre-filling a few fields based on lookups.

Is this simply not possible with a pipeline or is there a workaround I might be able to use?
