webhooks doesn't work for all users

I hired an outside developer to create an integration between QuickBase and WhenIWork. When the QuickBase user creates a new record (on a particular table), a webhook fires and creates a new record in WhenIWork (via their API).

The integration works when the developer tests it.
But it doesn't work when our users test it.
Any ideas so I can point the developer in the right direction to fix this?

    It's almost alway a security issue when it works for one user and not another one.  There is some detailed error information available when a webhook fails.  The information can be viewed by clicking on the settings for the table involved, then clicking on the webhook (or qb action) section.  There's  view error history link in the upper right hand corner of the page that will help identify the problem.
