I reached out to the tech support team and the supervisors are going to be checking in on your active and recent cases and make sure they are moving forward. You can always reach out to me directly here if you have issues or you can reach out to support via a case as that will also get back to the tech support team supervisors as well. Let me know if you aren't finding your cases moving after this or if something else comes up.
