Why is there a blank dataset when clicking the title of my chart?

Clicking the title of a chart (bubble message "Display the [records] for this chart") usually takes me to the entire dataset used to build my chart.

For this particular report, however, when I click on the title of the chart I get a blank dataset report; does anyone know why this would happen?

Also, I know that I can use a specific report as my drilldown report in a chart; but is there a way to use that same drilldown report to display the entire chart dataset when clicking the title?
