I am trying to give some one "grid edit" option to a report and it is not allowing me. I am the admin to this app. Some of these functionality is locked and it says "Locked because "All Tables" is Checked" when you hover your mouse over it. Re: Average (Actual Duration) on ReportsThank you. That actually worked wonderful.Re: Average (Actual Duration) on ReportsJust wondering, is there a better format of report (not a table, but a chart of some type) would help me display it better? Any thoughts.Re: Average (Actual Duration) on ReportsIgnore me, found it. Thank you.Re: Average (Actual Duration) on Reportsyes, found it. Thank you both it is just above the formula bar.Re: Average (Actual Duration) on ReportsThe "Actual Duration" is a "numeric-formula field" to show actual days that it took to finish the project from start to complete. And, I don't see the option you are saying in the field properties, Mark.Average (Actual Duration) on ReportsHi, I have a "text-multiple choice" field with drop down options "revise, reuse, modify, new". I am pulling up a report grouped based on the above options. The report shows up only the "total" of the "Actual Duration" for each group. Is there a way, I can make the report to show "averages" instead of "total" on the "Actual Duration". See screen shot: The report customization gives me only option to "hide all total/averages" (and, not to show "averages") I would like to see the result of on an average how many days it takes to finish a "new or revised, or modify" project. Please help. Thanks.Re: Formula Help (Planned Duration & Estimated Date)yes, works perfectly fine. Thank you.Re: Formula Help (Planned Duration & Estimated Date)Thanks Evan. The Field 4 is changed to "Formula-Date" field. And, yes, the "Start Date" is a "date field" and "Template Type" is a "Text (multiple choice drop down)" field. But, it is throwing up a syntax error when I used the above formula.
