Total Estimate AUD : Formula-Numeric --> [qty]*[price AUD] Total Estimate Euro : Formula-Numeric --> [qty]*[Price Euro] Total Amount Prince : If currency "AUD" then calculate Total Estimate AUD * Exchange Rate , else currency "Euro" then calculate Total Estimate Euro * Exchange Rate I tried with this formula but didnt work. So the workflow is when Users done with PuRF with the request list approved, then they will create PO for final purchasing. I would like to build an Items List that I simply add from PuRF record into PO. This way the users doesnt have to type again in PO list. Is best practice to use Pipeline or Relationship table ? Purchase Request Order (PuRF) Contains : PuRF No Products Descriptions Qty Price/Unit Total Amount Manager Approval Once PuRF is approved it should should be saved as a record and we continue to PO steps ( separate table ) 2. We have form Purchase that already establish and i need to make a revision purchase form in it. For example, Purchase form is already submitted and approved and suddenly the requester want to change the items inside the form. Easy way to do this is requester just edit the items and click save, however we would like to record the previous form approved as a history record for us to view.
