I had tried ToUserList([user1], [user2], [user3], [userlist]) and got an error that userlist was expected to be a user. When I combined [user1], [user2], [user3] into a user list, the formula you provided worked. ------------------------------ Heather Bryant ------------------------------ Combine Formula List-User with List-User fieldCan we combine a Formula - List-User field with a List-User field? I'd like to use the field as the 'Notify Whom' value in notifications and avoid creating a set of notifications for each field. Thanks! ------------------------------ Heather Bryant ------------------------------ QB Admin Console '01-01-1900'I've got an app with a connected table to Quick Base Admin Console. I've related the table to users and to apps to pull in the maximum date a user has accessed the app. For some users whom have never accessed the app the date reads as "01-01-1900". Now I'm finding that this date is on some users' records who have entered the app. For example my user record was listed as last accessing an app on 01-01-1900, but I am the owner of the app and have accessed it in the past year. A lot of these apps were copies. I don't know if that has something to do with it. Has anyone else seen this in their admin console? ------------------------------ Heather Bryant ------------------------------ Address field with Pipelines QB channel?Hello... I am trying to enter Street 1, Street 2, City, State, Zip from one app's address field to another app's address field and get the error below. The pipeline is set up correctly and runs fine when I don't include the address fields. I am using the individual sub fields. This is what I get...has anyone else? "Validation error: Incorrect template "{{a.address_city}}: expected token 'end of print statement'. got 'Address_city" I don't see that error in the Troubleshooting section of Pipelines Help. Thanks! ------------------------------ Heather Bryant ------------------------------ Re: Offline options for field data collectionHi Ruby, Quick Base is currently offering an EA on offline mobile data-entry. Up to 10 apps can be used in an offline mode for data-entry. Like Mark said you won't access the whole app offline, so viewing records or editing existing records is not available. Neither is reference field data. If it's just a simple data-entry form with no reference data it will be a great match for your needs. I don't know when they plan for GA. You should reach out to your customer success manager before going to any other solution; find out what your options/a timeline is. ------------------------------ Heather Bryant ------------------------------ Re: 'Require' Form Rule Doesn't Require Address FieldsHey Devora, Yes this is still happening to me, too. I actually just re-visited this with the QB team yesterday. Do you want to connect offline for a few minutes? I'd like to align your situation with mine so I can properly communicate in my existing support case. ------------------------------ Heather Bryant ------------------------------ Re: Does a group's role take precedent over a user's role? Thanks, Mark! I agree. ------------------------------ Heather Bryant ------------------------------ Re: Does a group's role take precedent over a user's role?Good questions! No and no. That field is only part of that one rule. The View/Modify permissions are Modify in the Field Properties. When I took the user out of the group and tested as her I could edit the field without adjusting the form rule. *EDIT: the issue with this fix is that she isn't included on notifications that the group is, unless I add her in manually. ------------------------------ Heather Bryant ------------------------------ Re: Does a group's role take precedent over a user's role? There is a form rule that says "If the user is *admin role* make *text* editable". So I'm wondering if the form rule is taking the group's role over the individual role. ------------------------------ Heather Bryant ------------------------------ Re: Does a group's role take precedent over a user's role? She's not in two groups. She's in the app as as Admin individually and then also included in a group. Thanks, Mark! ------------------------------ Heather Bryant ------------------------------
