Both categories and levels are drop down fields. There are 9 categories to choose from and 4 different levels. However, they only want to track level 0, if level 0 had 12 or more assigned in the category. Track level 1 if it had 6 or more assigned, Track level 2 if it had 3 or more. Track all for level 3 and 4. And they only want a rolling 3 month period. How do I create this? Example: Category 1 was assigned level 0 - 9 times (do not count) Category 1 was assigned level 1 - 7 times (count) Category 2 was assigned level 0 - 15 times (count) Thank you for all your help, Sandralee ------------------------------ Sandralee Oster ------------------------------ Linking the previous meeting record ID# to Current Meeting record ID#Hi, I am building a meeting table and one of the items I need is to approve previous minutes. I would like a link to the minutes so the attendees can review them. Is this possible? ------------------------------ Sandralee Oster ------------------------------ Re: If statement for future and overdue datesThank you, Mark! I tweaked the on time formula and it all works now! ------------------------------ Sandralee Oster ------------------------------ Re: If statement for future and overdue datesHi Mark, Here is the formula: If( IsNull( [Date Case Closed]) and Today() <= [Investigation Due Date],"<img src=\"https://images.quickbase.com/si/16/222-point_green.png\" title=\"On Time\">", IsNull( [Date Case Closed]) and Today() <= [Investigation Due Date] + Days(10), "<img src=\"https://images.quickbase.com/si/16/223-point_yellow.png\" title=\"DueSoon\">", IsNull( [Date Case Closed]) and Today() > [Investigation Due Date],"<img src=\"https://images.quickbase.com/si/16/221-point_red.png\"title=\"OverDue\">" ) Thank you for your help! ------------------------------ Sandralee Oster ------------------------------ If statement for future and overdue datesI want to color code based on due date. Green = On Track (11 + days in future) Yellow = Due Date is within 10 days Red = Overdue is after the due date. I was able to get my formula for green and red to work but my yellow is not working. If it is supposed to be yellow, it is actually turning green instead. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks, Sandy ------------------------------ Sandralee Oster ------------------------------ Re: Creating a formula query to get most recent date and the results from that dateThat worked! Thank you!!! ------------------------------ Sandralee Oster ------------------------------ Creating a formula query to get most recent date and the results from that dateHi, I have a member table which is the parent table to reports. I also have a draw dates table that is a grandchild of member table and child to reports. What I need is a report that gives me the latest draw for the member and the result of that draw. Is there a way to get this information without making a direct relationship between member and the draw dates table? Thank you, Sandy ------------------------------ Sandralee Oster ------------------------------ Re: Need help with relationshipsThank you so much for all of your help, Mark! I think I have it working the way I need it to. ------------------------------ Sandralee Oster ------------------------------ Re: Need help with relationshipsHi Mark, Thank you so much for the help! I learned something new with the report links! Is there a way to filter the report links to show only those reviews that have not been reviewed for that goal? Since my goals, metrics, and supporting documents are static can I somehow generate an automatic form every quarter to create a new review form with the goal, metric and the related supporting documentations? Thank you so much! ------------------------------ Sandralee Oster ------------------------------ Re: Need help with relationshipsHi Mark, Yes I definitely need to show the documentation reviews on the Goals form. I need it so that the manager can look at the form and edit the form and put the overall goal and the overall metric right on the form. ------------------------------ Sandralee Oster ------------------------------
