Sometimes, I will batch edit several jobs at once, and when I do that it sends a summary email. Is there a way to make it send individual emails for each job that changed? Is there a way for the email to display the original due date and also what the new due date is? I turned on the tracking function for this field, but it seems like only I can see that info as the realm admin? I guess my title was a little misleading. The problem isn't with the conditional drop-down of Sign Types - it's with the drop-down for Customer. Right now we just have 3 customers with sign types, and when you click on the customer drop-down it used to just show the 3 customer names - 1 of each customer. Now, there are multiples of each customer name - here is a screen shot to show what I'm talking about: ------------------------------ Allison Watson ------------------------------ Conditional Dropdown showing too many choices I hope someone can help with this....here is my issue: I have a drop-down field to choose a customer name. Then there is a conditional field for "Sign Types", so when you choose a customer it shows you all of their sign types. The problem is now when I go to choose the customer, it shows me multiples of the same name. If there are 6 sign types for a particular customer, then it is showing the customer name 6 times on the list. It didn't used to do this, it used to show just 1 choice for each customer. I'm not sure when it changed, but I cannot figure out to to fix it. One of the statuses is "Complete". Eventually, there can be 100's of "Complete" jobs and they don't all need to be seen on the Kanban report, so is there a way I can make it only show Completed jobs that are within the last month? I'm thinking this can be done with a report formula, but I'm terrible with formulas and code. Right now it just has "Save and Close" or "Save and Next". Hopefully this is something easy to add to the next update. Drop down choices from 2 tables Hello everyone! Is it possible to create a drop down list where the choices are pulled from 2 different tables? My situation is this: We are a custom sign manufacturer, so our projects have Customers (ie: "Bill To"), and Locations (ie: where the sign is being installed). Customers can have many contacts, and Locations have their own many contacts. For a specific project, I have it set up where we can choose the customer and then the contact and location. However, for the Location Contact, I want to be able to choose from both the Customer Contacts & the Location Contacts. It's been working fine until today, and now I am getting this error message: Does anyone know what this means? And how do I fix it? I checked the properties for both fields, and as far as I can tell nothing changed, but I must be missing something.
