My question is we have a call center ticket table with a user list field called 'Assigned To'. Then we have a 'Reassignment Comments' field. When 'Assigned To' is changed the user is supposed to fill out the 'Reassignment Comments' field and list the reason why they're reassigning the ticket. However, user's always forget to fill it out. Is there a way to make 'Reassignment Comments' required, if 'Assigned To' has been changed? ------------------------------ Kaitlyn Stanley ------------------------------ New Forms Modal Message Adding HTML? I am redoing our forms thus, I am moving over to the new forms. I have a pop-up message on my legacy form that utilizes some HTML. It's a safeguard to stop our end-users from just clicking okay without reading the message (which they were doing originally when it was just plain text). With the new forms, I tried doing the same in my new Form Rule but it just shows it as plain text. Is there a way to achieve this with the new forms? Or is this no longer a feature? Example of what we want:

SKIPPED Steps

Please review the Skipped StepBEFORE starting the Payroll Process.
------------------------------ Kaitlyn Stanley ------------------------------ Re: Formula Checkbox based on Text-Multiple Choice Try this: IF([Registered Agent for any Entity] = "Yes", true) ------------------------------ Kaitlyn Stanley ------------------------------ Dynamic Rule - How to Show Field Value in Message? There may be a simple answer to this question, but for the life of me I cannot figure it out. When setting up a dynamic rule to display a message when the conditions are met. Is there way for the message to have a field value included? I would like it to be like this: Field: [Skipped Stations] Value: "Station 3" Message: "Cannot Complete. Station 3 needs to be completed first." Instead, it's this: Is there a way for me to get it to display the value of a field in the message? ------------------------------ Kaitlyn Stanley ------------------------------ Re: Pipeline Limit Error, but Only Hit Half the Limit? Finally QB Support got back to me about this. The issue is that every time you copy an App in QuickBase it also copies all of the Pipeline Webhooks on the backend from the original app. There is no access to view these Pipeline Webhooks, so if you have to copy the app, then you have to get with QB Support and have them remove all the (as they referred to it 'ghost' webhooks) inactive Pipeline Webhooks on every table for you. Otherwise eventually you will run into the Only 90 Pipelines per table error. ------------------------------ Kaitlyn Stanley ------------------------------ Audit/View Pipelines that Trigger on a Table? Is there a way to audit/view pipelines and see which table they trigger on in an app? I am getting the 90 limit pipeline error, but from what I am seeing, in the Connection Central, I can only see all the pipelines connected to an app, but not which table they trigger on. (there are only 43 total pipelines on this app, so I need to figure out where it thinks there are 90 pipelines on a specific table.) ------------------------------ Kaitlyn Stanley ------------------------------ Pipeline Limit Error, but Only Hit Half the Limit? I have never ran into this issue before. I copied my app in QuickBase and then I started copying all the pipelines to connect to the new App. In total there are 58 pipelines that have to be copied over. When I get to pipeline# 43, it gives the "Only 90 pipelines may be created for this table". Not all the pipelines trigger on the same table, so there's no way I have hit the 90 pipeline limit. (this is a common process before and have never had this issue). I am the only one that makes pipelines so I know someone else isn't adding them, plus I am the only one with access to the app as I don't provide access until the pipelines are all added. Anyone have any ideas on why I may be experiencing this? I just wasn't sure if there was a way around it. So that all choices are shown whether it's used in the data or not. ------------------------------ Kaitlyn Stanley ------------------------------ Multiple Choice From Another Field Help I am running into an issue with using shared values from one field to another. I have a field on App One, Table A, called, Facility. It's Text - Multiple Choice. It uses From List to display the options. The checkbox is selected to use the values as a source in other fields. The app chosen is the same app, App One. On Table B, the field Facility Assigned, is setup for input type From another field. App: App One, Field: Table A: Facility. I changed the values in Table A: Facility, but values in Table B: Facility Assigned is showing the original values prior to my change. It looks like Table B: Facility Assigned only pulls values that are already selected for a record from the original field. So if Facility1 and Facility2 are selected on records, then the Field only pulls those, doesn't matter if I remove those values from the original field or add new ones, if they're not selected to a record, it doesn't list them. ------------------------------ Kaitlyn Stanley ------------------------------
