Won't that remove the multi-select options for users? I may be misunderstanding this. ------------------------------ Christie Anderson, PMP She.Her.Hers. | Proactive Care Management Associate, Aetna One Advocate p 959-230-7059 6005 Nacot Pl, Mail Code F488, New Albany, OH, 43054 ------------------------------ Re: Summary formula for Multi-Select TextHI Mark, Yes, the result will total the number of selections. We would like metrics to display how many collaboration attempts resulted in a successful transfer to a nurse ("A1A Nurse Care Manager- Successful") and how many resulted in a referral due to no nurse being available to take the transfer ("A1A Nurse Care Manager- Nurse not available; referral sent"). I hope that helps? ------------------------------ Christie Anderson, PMP She.Her.Hers. | Proactive Care Management Associate, Aetna One Advocate p 959-230-7059 6005 Nacot Pl, Mail Code F488, New Albany, OH, 43054 ------------------------------ Summary formula for Multi-Select TextHello, I am trying to create a summary report for selections made in a multi-select field. I'm using the formula - IF(Contains($Selections, $SearchTerm),1,0) and am getting the error - Formula error Expecting text but found number My actual text is here: If(Contains([Collaboration 1], "A1A warm-transfer: A1A Nurse Care Manager- Successful"),1, If(Contains([Collaboration 1], "A1A warm-transfer: A1A Nurse Care Manager- Nurse not available; referral sent"),1,0)) I found a conversation in the community with a similar error, but there was no resolution posted so I'm stuck. Any help is appreciated! ------------------------------ Christie Anderson, PMP She.Her.Hers. | Proactive Care Management Associate, Aetna One Advocate p 959-230-7059 6005 Nacot Pl, Mail Code F488, New Albany, OH, 43054 ------------------------------ Re: Override Record IDHi Evan~ Thank you for the tip! We have already gotten her all squared away, but I'll remember that for next time...I forget about the find and replace function!! Because the record was a lookup field, grid edit does not work. Unless there is some permission that we can turn on for doing this? It wasn't too terrible of an ordeal, thankfully it was a new record and had very few orphan records! ------------------------------ Christie Anderson Proactive Care Management Associate Aetna New Albany OH 9592307059 ------------------------------ Re: Override Record IDThanks Mark, that was my last ditch fix, we were hoping for a way to recover her old Record ID to avoid doing the grid edits. :) ------------------------------ Christie Anderson Proactive Care Management Associate Aetna New Albany OH 9592307059 ------------------------------ Override Record IDA new supervisor deleted an employee from our roster, this is a parent table to multiple child tables for things like PTO requests, coaching reports, and employee self-evaluations. Is there a way to create a formula that will override her new Record ID and replace it with her old one so that she can be reconnected to her existing child records? Thanks!
