The other Managers do not have an interest in viewing the report in question only mine. We try our best to keep common reports under control so only select people can create common reports. This is why I would like to transfer a personal report to my Manager as a personal report for them. ------------------------------ Jeff Jeff ------------------------------ Re: Sharing ReportsThank you for the reply Mark. Out of curiosity, what would be the higher tech method. I would rather have this in his reports drop down. On a side note. If you have influence in QB development at all, my company would love a way to trade custom personal reports with others. Since some people are naturally better at programs we have some that write great reports that others would like, but we have no method that I know of to get the reports to the others without having to recreate it on their login. Thank you ------------------------------ Jeff Jeff ------------------------------ Sharing ReportsI have several custom reports that I have set up that boss would now like to use and only my boss. I know I can "save as" to change who can see it, but I only need to give it to my boss and only my boss. However, Managers are all under the same Role so I can't go that way. How can I give a report to just my boss and no one else? ------------------------------ Jeff ------------------------------ Re: Duration for WorkdaysI need it to have a running tally of days overdue based upon the due date in workdays until the job is complete. ------------------------------ Jeff Jeff ------------------------------ Re: Duration for WorkdaysThank you for the quick response and that gave me my first answer. Is there a way I can utilize the WeekdaySub to generate a running number when overdue? Current formula looks like this If([Status] = "Completed", null, ToDays(Today() - [Task Due Date])<=0, null, ToDays(Today() - [Task Due Date])) I tried just changing the ToDays to WeekdaySub and that was not the answer. ------------------------------ Jeff Jeff ------------------------------ Duration for WorkdaysI need to create a report that reflects the number of Work Days early or late for a project. I have a report now that gives me calendar days based upon the Todays function using Start Date and a Completion Date. I've tried to write a formula based upon the WeekdaySub but with no success. Any help would be appreciate. ------------------------------ Jeff Brown ------------------------------ Auto generated numbers I'm looking to create an auto-generate sequential number....without using the Record ID #. We are almost 3 years into Quickbase using a table that had no record number. Now we want one and I can't start with 4,356, it needs to start with 1. Is there a way to have an auto-generated number without linking it to the Record ID#?
