I have a summary table set up that shows me the data (attached) and i can filter it by month. But i really need to make this a chart for an executive summary. I'd expect a Line & Bar graph, with "Opened" dates grouped by Week across the X axis (bottom) as Bar values, then a line value for each Customer Priority Level (1,2,3,&4) showing our "Yes" % of SLA Attainment (also, would like a line for Total SLAs attainment). Can't seem to figure this out on my own. ------------------------------ Jamie Brown ------------------------------ "save as spreadsheet" erasing my leading zerosI have a Text field that contains numeric account numbers that generally start with Zero (ie: 04201345). They show fine in Quickbase, but when i "Save as Spreadsheet", the account number field always erases the leading 0, (IE:4201345) Is there a way to make sure those Zero's stay all the time? ------------------------------ Jamie Brown ------------------------------ Duration Formula minus weekend hours (smart Unit result)I am trying to create a duration formula field that takes the Completed Date minus Opened Date to tell me how long the job was in process. This often includes weekend time which should not be included. My original result (including weekend time) gave me results such as 1.91 days, 18.71 hours, 6.90 days, etc...aka, smart unit duration results. Is there a way to subtract 48hours of duration time if the duration spans a weekend? jobs would not be open ON a weekend, so the weekend time would only ever ben 2 days/48hrs. But i really want to keep the smart units duration format on the results if possible. (i've been able to use WeekdayAdd & toDays to be able to get whole days results (ie, 2 days, 1 day, 5 days), but I really prefer the more specific results without rounding to whole days). ------------------------------ Jamie Brown ------------------------------ Re: Button/Link on Dashboard to Second FormI was assuming that this would be the same way to embed the form as a webpage directly on the dashboard, but that did not work. Is there anything different about using that URL for a dashboard URL button versus a Dashboard Webpage widget? ------------------------------ Jamie Brown ------------------------------ "Snapshot" reporting on a daily basisI am importing a list of tickets on a daily basis and generating daily reporting based on the data in those tickets (ie, how many tickets in a specific status, etc). The Key field is the ticket#, not the record#, so when the next day's data is imported, the report information changes to reflect new totals/averages. Is there a way to build a report that will log those daily numbers automatically so i can generate weekly/monthly averages & totals based on what the daily#s for each day were? Example: 10/12 import 100 tickets. 75 of them are in "Scheduled" Status, 25 in "assigned" status 10/13import 100 tickets. 90 of them are in "Scheduled" Status, 10 in "assigned" status 10/13import 110 tickets. 100 of them are in "Scheduled" Status, 10 in "assigned" status In the example, my daily report is fine, but i would like to be able to look back at the end of the week and know what the totals were for each status each day without having to pull my daily report and manually log the totals in a separate field/table. Basically capturing Summary data per day in an automated report? ------------------------------ Jamie Brown ------------------------------
