Exclude a single user from notification email

Can you tell me who the Notification is going to? Is it just going to one user, or a list of users?

To "Assigned" users. 

She needs to be assigned to the task, but doesn't want to be notified. 

Currently, I have all tasks changes to be notified. But for task 15 assigner, she doesn't want it. 

If the notification is going to a user assigned in a specific field, you could set a filter on the notification that excludes any tasks with the user equal to the user who does not wish to receive a notification.
