Form reverts to old style section headers

I have noticed an odd behavior on forms. When you visit the form in View mode, the sections headers appear in the old blue style. However, they appear in the updated style when in Add/Edit modes. This is occurring on two tables in my app, but none of the others.

Has anyone else experienced this? Know of any fixes?
