Linking the previous meeting record ID# to Current Meeting record ID#

Hi,

I am building a meeting table and one of the items I need is to approve previous minutes.  I would like a link to the minutes so the attendees can review them. Is this possible?

    Yes, a Quickbase table can be related to itself.  Create that Relationship and name the field for Related Minutes to be Related Next Meeting.

    When a New Meeting has been created, you will locate the Previous Meeting manually and edit it to connect it with the newly created Next Meeting.  So the Next meeting is the parent and the previous meeting is the child.

    The on the Meetings form, put the report link field on the record so that there is an embedded report of the previous meeting right on the form.
