33x price increase

Anyone else had a salesperson contact them with a 33x price increase. I just had a salesperson inform us that we would be forced to go to a new plan in which we would be charged 2.7 million per year!!!!! He is also trying to avoid bringing in a manager. 

Insanity!

Anyone else encounter this?

    Are you saying you currently pay 80k a year and now they want to pump you to 2.7million a year? Definitely sounds fishy...

    I do know they have had some substantial rate increases lately, and are now offering to different types of contracts. Per user based or per usage based.

      That is exactly what they told us. 10 cents per api call which has to be wrong. Refused to get me a manager to discuss with.
