3 things I need help with please

1. Is there a way to make a view-only form, regardless of role? Or is the only way to go in and make every field read-only?
2. I'm struggling to delete a legacy form. I've looked high and low, it's not connected to any reports or roles. What gives?
3. Is there a way to turn on notifications to Qrew when I get a response?
