Automatic Email Notification
Is there a way to automatically send an email notification based on the status of a field?
ie. when field is marked "complete", email is sent

- Indeed there is a way. You should be in charge of naming features in Quick Base is they are actually called "Email Notifications".
If you go to the table that is to trigger the email Notification and settings and then
Notifications, subscriptions, & reminders
You can set one up.
