@Chris Newsome I have seen some sites use math. For example, have a read-only field containing the related result of another field containing a simple math problem. Then on the form have a numeric field for the user to enter the math solution. Add a dynamic form rule to compare the entered solution to the read-only solution. You could do something similar like show a picture of something and have the user type in what the image is.
Maybe the best would be 2-step authentication. Have them type submit an email address. Then use the email address to send them a link to your form. Only valid email addresses will get the form.
