Copy tasks from 1 project to all projects

I have 114 projects.  I have 7 tasks in 1 of the projects that all have a category field of "AR" (text multiple choice).  I would like to copy those tasks that have the category of "AR" (7) to all 114 projects.  Is there an automated way to do this?  Thank you in advance.

    Are your projects records or tables?

    If they are records, export as spreadsheet, use find & replace to replace the empty fields with the text you desire, and import (with update) the updated records. If you can't figure out the import (with update), then it is just as easy to delete the old records before importing your updated records.

    It will be a bit more complex if your projects are tables.
