Dashboard Limitations on Cross App Reports

Is the new Dashboard currently limited to only Table Reports for cross-app inclusion?  If so, any idea as to when this will be fixed so that other report types from other applications can be included?

    Hi Keith,

    Dashboards support bringing over all reports cross-app. One stumbling block that catches some people though is that once a widget is added its type can't be changed. So if you dropped a table report widget for example you would then only see table reports as options instead of seeing all types of reports. You may want to make sure you are dropping a new widget into place that matches the type of report you are looking to pull in cross app which is a little different from homepages.

      Yes, that works.  Thanks!  The new Dashboards are pretty slick and we're looking forward to seeing how QB develops the technology.
