Dynamic Form Rule Issue

Question

This is where I've landed after many attempts.

I have the following dynamic form rules that aren't working to produce the desired result, i.e. if 30 days have lapsed since an application was approved AND no counseling date, mediation date, and outcome have been set THEN change the outcome to what's specified.

and

We're trying to avoid manually triggering notifications for these folks.

Dynamic Firm Rules only work dynamically when a human user is editing a form. They do not fire on their own in the middle of the night. For what you want, you should have a pipeline run on a schedule to scan your record and update the ones required.
