Filtering drop down options
I have three tables that are related in the following way: Contacts Outlets Writer Outlets "Contacts" is a Parent Table to "Writer Outlets" "Outlets" is a Parent Table to "Writer Outlets" ...

I think what you want is this
Contacts < Writer Outlets > Outlets < Outreaches > Writer Outlets
So create a new Relationship where One Writer Outlet has many Outreaches.
Then on the Outreach relationship field called [Related Writer Outlet], set the field properties for that field to be "Conditional". so that after selecting [Related Outlet]
only show choices where that field equals [Related Outlet] of the Writer Outlet records.

Thanks, Mark. When I create the Writer Outlet < Outreach Relationship, I only have the options to add [Related Outlet] and [Related Contact]. I don't see [Related Writer Outlet] as a Field option.
